KPI Reports
KPI Reports provides the deeper analysis behind the KPI Dashboard. Use it to compare results across people and definitions, then inspect the records that produced each value.
Filter the report
Section titled “Filter the report”Filter by reporting period, KPI definition, assignee, or goal status. Period options make it possible to focus on a current month, quarter, year, or a wider history without changing the underlying definitions.
The report summarizes target, achieved value, and achievement percentage. Expand an assignee or definition to move from the summary into its periods and matched source records.
Investigate a result
Section titled “Investigate a result”- Apply the smallest period and definition filters that reproduce the question.
- Compare target and achieved values by assignee.
- Expand the relevant row.
- Review the matched records and their dates or values.
- Correct source data or the KPI definition rather than manually changing a calculated result.
Use reports for coaching and validation; use the Dashboard for routine monitoring.
