KPI Reports
KPI Reports provide deeper analysis than the KPI Dashboard. Use them to compare goal progress across users, teams, periods, and statuses.
What to review
Section titled “What to review”KPI reports can help answer:
- How many goals are active?
- Which goals were achieved or missed?
- What is the average achievement percentage?
- Which team or user is behind pace?
- How has performance changed over time?
Grouping and filtering
Section titled “Grouping and filtering”Use grouping to compare performance by user, department, definition, status, or period. Use filters when you only need one team, one metric, or one timeframe.
Drilldowns
Section titled “Drilldowns”Open a report row when you need to understand the records behind a KPI result. Drilldowns are useful for coaching, validation, and finding data quality issues.
