Daily Streaks
Daily Streaks count how many working days in a row each person gets meaningful work done. Every person has one streak. Any qualifying action in any module keeps it alive, so a sales rep and a support agent build their streaks the same way.
Streaks are off by default. An admin turns them on for the whole workspace.
What counts
Section titled “What counts”By default, any of these actions counts toward the day:
- Completed an activity
- Moved a deal to a new stage
- Resolved a ticket
- Replied in the inbox
- Completed an appointment
- Completed a project job
- Launched a campaign
Admins can choose which of these count, and how many are needed in a day.
Where people see their streak
Section titled “Where people see their streak”- Header — a flame icon shows the current streak. A small dot appears when the streak is at risk today. Click it to see this week, your best streak, freezes left, and the next badge. About streaks explains the rules.
- My Stuff — the streak card shows the current streak, best streak, freezes, and this week’s days.
- Dashboard — add the Streaks leaderboard widget to rank team members by their current streak. See Dashboard.
- Pulse — profiles show the day streak, and streaks unlock the On Fire (7 days) and Streak Legend (30 days) badges. See Pulse.
When streaks are turned off, none of these appear.
Badges, freezes, and closed days
Section titled “Badges, freezes, and closed days”- Badges — six tiers as a streak grows: Spark (3 days), Ember (7), Blaze (14), Inferno (30), Unstoppable (100), and Legend (365).
- Freezes — a freeze protects the streak when someone misses one working day. People earn one more freeze at every 30-day milestone, up to the workspace maximum.
- Closed days — days your business is closed don’t break a streak. Workstation uses your opening hours, and falls back to Saturday and Sunday when none are set.
- At-risk reminder — at the chosen hour, people who haven’t done any qualifying work yet get a reminder. No reminder is sent on closed days.
Set up streaks
Section titled “Set up streaks”- Open Settings → Users & Permissions → Streaks.
- Turn on Enable streaks.
