Orders
Orders record what a customer purchased and how the order is progressing. They can be created in Workstation or synced from a connected commerce or ERP app.

- Click Create Order.
- Select the Contact and add products as line items.

- payment and fulfillment status;
- line items, discounts, tax, totals, and refunds;
