Ads
Ads brings connected advertising data into Workstation. Use it to move from network performance—spend, impressions, and clicks—to the contacts and conversions recorded in the CRM.
Connect and sync ad data
Section titled “Connect and sync ad data”Ad connections are managed from Marketplace and connected-app settings. The Ads page currently supports data from Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
After an account is connected, use Sync to retrieve supported campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and metrics. The page shows connection and last-sync information, including errors that need attention.
Review performance
Section titled “Review performance”- Open Marketing → Ads.
- Select a date range.
- Switch between Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad levels.
- Filter by network, objective, status, or spend.
- Open a row to move through its hierarchy and inspect detailed metrics or creative previews.
Common metrics include spend, reach, impressions, clicks, unique clicks, leads, engagements, and conversions. Derived values such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and cost per contact make differently sized campaigns easier to compare.
CRM funnel metrics
Section titled “CRM funnel metrics”Qualified and converted contact counts are based on the conditions configured in Settings → Ads Funnel Metrics. Those conditions can use native fields and custom properties. Define them to match your actual lifecycle model before comparing cost per qualified or converted contact.
Attribution is only as complete as the connected ad account, tracking data, forms, and CRM fields. Treat gaps as a signal to verify the source data before making budget decisions.
