KPI Dashboard

The KPI Dashboard is the operational view of performance. It combines KPI Definitions and assigned Goals so managers and contributors can see progress without rebuilding a report.

What the dashboard shows

total goals and overall completion rate;
goals grouped by status;
a leaderboard ranked by average achievement;
the signed-in user’s goals with current value, target, progress, and time remaining.

Goal cards also identify the definition, entity, metric, interval, and current status. Use those details to distinguish a slow result from a target that was configured incorrectly.

Recommended workflow

Create reusable measurement logic in KPI Definitions.
Assign targets and periods in Goals.
Use KPI Dashboard for routine progress checks.
Open KPI Reports when you need period filters, comparisons, or the contributing source records.
