Rich text elements
A rich_text block is built from sections, lists, quotes and preformatted text, each holding inline elements such as styled text, links, mentions, emoji and dates.

| Rich text list element | A bulleted or numbered list. |
| Rich text preformatted element | A block of preformatted text, such as code, in a monospace font. |
| Rich text quote element | A block of quoted text. |
| Rich text section element | A paragraph of rich text: a run of text, links, mentions, emoji and other inline elements. |
