Activity Reminders

Activity Reminders help you stay on top of your schedule by sending notifications before meetings, tasks, and calls are due.

Reminders can be configured for any activity that has a scheduled time or due date. You can set up to 4 reminders per activity, and choose to receive notifications via email, in-app alerts, or both.

Reminders work differently based on the activity type:

For meetings, reminders are set relative to the meeting start time:

For tasks and calls, reminders are set for a specific date and time:

Example: A reminder set for “2 days before at 9:00 AM” will trigger at 9 AM, two days before the task is due.

Choose how you want to receive reminders:

Email reminders are sent using your organization’s configured email provider. They include:

  • Activity subject
  • Due date/time
  • Link to view the activity
  • Quick action buttons

In-app reminders appear in the notification bell in the header:

  • Red badge shows unread count
  • Click the bell to see recent notifications
  • Mark notifications as read
  • Dismiss notifications you’ve acknowledged

  1. Create a new activity (meeting, task, or call)
  2. Scroll to the Reminders section
  3. Click Add Reminder
  4. Configure timing and notification type
  5. Add up to 4 reminders
  6. Save the activity
  1. Open the activity details
  2. Click Edit
  3. Scroll to the Reminders section
  4. Add, modify, or remove reminders
  5. Save changes

Set your preferred reminder defaults in Settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Configure default reminders for:
    • Meetings - e.g., 15 minutes and 1 hour before
    • Tasks - e.g., same day at 9:00 AM
    • Calls - e.g., 30 minutes before
  3. Set preferred notification channel
  4. Save preferences

New activities will automatically use your default reminders.

The notification bell in the header provides quick access to all your alerts.

  • Badge count - Shows number of unread notifications
  • Dropdown panel - Click to see recent notifications
  • Type icons - Different icons for meetings, tasks, calls
  • Mark as read - Click to acknowledge a notification
  • Mark all as read - Clear all unread notifications
  • Dismiss - Remove a notification from the list

  1. Edit the activity
  2. Find the reminder in the Reminders section
  3. Click the X or delete button next to it
  4. Save the activity

Once a reminder is sent, it cannot be unsent. However, you can:

  • Dismiss the in-app notification
  • Delete the email
  • Remove future reminders from the activity
  1. Set multiple reminders - Use 1 day before + 15 minutes before for important meetings
  2. Use both channels - Email for backup, in-app for real-time awareness
  3. Configure defaults - Set up preferences to save time on new activities
  4. Check the bell regularly - Don’t let notifications pile up
  5. Adjust for time zones - Be mindful of timing for remote meetings
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify your email address in Settings
  • Ensure your organization has an email connector configured
  • Contact your admin if emails aren’t being sent
  • Refresh the page
  • Check if notifications are enabled in Settings
  • Look for the notification bell in the header
  • Clear browser cache if issues persist
