Calendar
The Calendar provides a visual view of scheduled meetings. It displays meeting-type Activities in day, week, and month formats.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Calendar helps you visualize your schedule and manage meetings. It shows only meeting activities, making it easy to see what’s coming up and when you’re available.

Calendar Views
Section titled “Calendar Views”Day View
Section titled “Day View”Hourly timeline for a single day:
- Time slots from start to end of business hours
- Each meeting shown as a block on the timeline
- See meeting details at a glance (time, subject, duration)
- Ideal for detailed daily planning
Week View
Section titled “Week View”7-day grid with time slots:
- Columns for each day of the week
- Meetings placed at their scheduled time
- Compare availability across the week
- Identify scheduling conflicts
Month View
Section titled “Month View”Monthly overview:
- Days arranged in a calendar grid
- Meeting indicators on each day
- Today is highlighted
- First 3 meetings shown per day
- “+X more” indicates additional meetings
- Click a day to see all meetings in the details panel
Switching Views
Section titled “Switching Views”Toggle between Day, Week, and Month using the view selector at the top of the calendar.
Navigation
Section titled “Navigation”- ← Previous — go to previous day/week/month
- → Next — go to next day/week/month
- Today — jump to current date
Meeting Display
Section titled “Meeting Display”Each meeting shows:
- Time — start time of the meeting
- Subject — meeting name/title
- Duration — how long the meeting is
- Status — pending, completed, or cancelled
Color Coding
Section titled “Color Coding”- Purple background for meeting indicators
- Priority badges: High (Red), Medium (Amber), Low (Gray)
- Status badges show current state
Meeting Details Panel
Section titled “Meeting Details Panel”When you select a day, the side panel shows:
- Date Header — selected day (e.g., “Friday, Jan 31”)
- Meeting Cards — each meeting with:
- Subject/title
- Start time and duration
- Meeting link (if provided)
- Status and priority badges
Joining Meetings
Section titled “Joining Meetings”If a meeting has a meeting link:
- Click on the day with the meeting
- Find the meeting in the details panel
- Click Join meeting to open the video call
Creating Meetings
Section titled “Creating Meetings”Create meetings from the Activities page:
- Go to Activities
- Click New Activity
- Select Meeting type
- Fill in meeting details:
- Subject (required)
- Start Time (required)
- End Time or Duration
- Meeting Link
- Participants (contacts)
- Click Create
The meeting appears on the calendar.
Calendar Sync
Section titled “Calendar Sync”Sync meetings with external calendars:
- When creating a meeting, enable Sync to Calendar
- Choose your Calendar Provider:
- Google Calendar — requires Google OAuth connection
- Outlook — requires Microsoft OAuth connection
- The meeting syncs to your calendar
- Changes in the CRM reflect in your external calendar
Setup Required: Connect your calendar account in Settings > My Connections.
Meeting Status
Section titled “Meeting Status”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Scheduled, not yet held |
| Completed | Meeting has occurred |
| Cancelled | Meeting was cancelled |
Update meeting status in the Activities list or meeting details.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Use all views — day for detail, week for planning, month for overview
- Schedule properly — use specific start times and durations
- Add meeting links — include video call URLs for remote meetings
- Enable sync — keep your external calendar up to date
- Add participants — track who is attending each meeting
- Review weekly — check upcoming meetings each week
