AI Balance & Packs

AI features and calls aren’t included in the plan price. They’re paid from a prepaid balance that the whole workspace shares. You add money to it by buying AI packs or topping up, and each use takes a little from it.

Your plan decides who can use AI. The balance decides whether there’s money to pay for it. The AI assistant comes with Pro, and AI agents come with Inbox & Calls.

Find the balance in Billing → Usage balance. It’s shown as the Repzo Usage Balance.

The balance is one amount of money, split by what it can pay for:

Credit Pays for Comes from
AI Chat AI replies, the AI assistant, and AI agents AI Chat packs
AI Calls Call minutes, phone numbers, and recordings AI Calls packs
General credit Both Top-ups, and any balance you had before packs existed

When something uses AI, Workstation spends from the matching credit first, then from general credit. Within each, the oldest credit is used first. The By balance section shows how much is left in each.

Voice calls are charged per started minute, at the published rate for the destination.

Packs are the simplest way to add credit for one purpose.

  1. Go to Billing → Usage balance.
  2. Under AI packs, choose an AI Chat or AI Calls pack. Each pack shows its price, an estimate such as the number of messages or minutes it covers, and when its credit expires.
  3. Select Buy for and complete the payment.

The credit is added once the payment is confirmed. Estimates are based on typical usage, so your actual number of messages or minutes may differ.

Use a top-up when you want credit that can pay for both AI and calls.

  1. Go to Billing → Usage balance.
  2. Under Top up general credit, pick an amount or enter a Custom amount. The minimum is $5.
  3. Complete the payment.

Auto top-up adds credit automatically when the balance runs low, so AI replies and outbound calls don’t stop.

  1. Go to Billing → Usage balance.
  2. Under Auto top-up, select Manage.
  3. Turn on Enable auto top-up.
  4. Set When balance is below (the threshold) and Purchase this amount (between $5 and $1,000).
  5. Select Save.

Auto top-up charges the default card saved on your billing account. Manage cards in Billing → Settings → Payment method. If a charge fails, the section shows Failing. Check your payment method.

With no credit left, paid AI features and outbound calls pause until you add more. The rest of Workstation keeps working.

An inbound call that’s already in progress isn’t cut off when the balance runs out. The cost is shown as Inbound call balance due, and your next paid top-up repays it first. AI Chat pack credit is never used to repay call costs.

Recent grants lists every credit added to the balance, newest first: how much, where it came from (for example, paid or promotional), when it was added, and how much is left.
