Each object’s fields come from Properties, including custom properties. In the query editor, the book icon lists every metric and field of the selected object; click a name to add it to the query.

Every object’s data visibility applies, so you only count the records you’re allowed to see. Reports on orders, carts, line items, products, product variants, suppliers, subscriptions, listings, campaigns, articles, forms, and goals also need that object’s view permission and a plan that includes its module. A report that combines objects needs the view permission of each one.
