Forms
Forms collect structured information from customers, prospects, or internal users. Use them for inquiries, event registration, qualification, feedback, and other repeatable intake workflows.
Form lifecycle
Section titled “Form lifecycle”A typical form moves through this flow:
Choose template -> Build form -> Publish -> Collect submissions -> Follow upYou can start from a template or build from scratch.
Building a form
Section titled “Building a form”- Open Forms from the Marketing section.
- Click New Form.
- Choose a template or start blank.
- Add fields and sections.
- Configure required fields.
- Publish the form when it is ready.
Keep forms short. Ask for the information needed to complete the next action, not every possible detail.
Submissions
Section titled “Submissions”Each form has a submissions page. Review submissions regularly and connect follow-up work to Contacts, Requests, Tickets, or Campaigns when appropriate.
