# KPI Reports

> Filter goal results by period, goal, person, and status, then drill into the records behind each number.

KPI Reports gives you the deeper view behind the [KPI Dashboard](https://workstation.repzo.com/docs/performance/kpi-dashboard). Use it to compare results across people and goals, then look at the records that produced each value.

You need the `kpis.view` permission to open KPI Reports.

## Filter the report

Use the filters at the top of the page:

- **Date** — This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, This Quarter, Last Quarter, This Year, Last Year, or All Time.
- **Definition** — limit the report to one goal. Each goal appears here under its own name.
- **User** — limit the report to one person.
- **Status** — Not Started, In Progress, Achieved, or Missed.

The summary cards show total goals, achieved, missed, average achievement, and **Total Progress** (the sum of current values against the sum of targets).

## Pivot by assignee

The **Pivot by assignee** table puts each person or team in a row and splits the results into columns.

- **Columns** — group by Day, Month, Quarter, or Year.
- **Values** — show **Current / target** or just the **Current value**.

Expand a person to see their goals, then expand a goal to see each matched record with its date, owner, and value in the column where it was counted.

## Investigate a result

1. Pick the smallest date range and goal that reproduce the question.
2. Compare current and target values by person.
3. Expand the row and review the matched records.
4. If a number is wrong, fix the source records or the goal's measure (see [Build your own goal](https://workstation.repzo.com/docs/performance/goals#build-your-own-goal)), rather than looking for a way to change the result by hand.

For charts you can save and share, use **Create goal report** on the Goals page. It builds a report in [Reports](https://workstation.repzo.com/docs/analytics/reports) from the **Goals** data source.
