Live View
Live View shows what is happening on tracked websites right now. Use it when a team needs to see active visitors, recent behavior, and geographic activity without waiting for a report to refresh.
When to use Live View
Section titled “When to use Live View”Use Live View to answer practical questions:
- Which visitors are active now?
- Where are active sessions coming from?
- Are visitors submitting forms, opening chat, or triggering conversion events?
- Which pages are currently attracting attention?
For historical analysis, use Reports. For high-level business metrics, use the Dashboard.
What the map shows
Section titled “What the map shows”The map groups active visitors by the best available location data. When exact coordinates are not available, Workstation falls back to country-level coordinates where possible.
Visitor locations may be approximate. Treat the map as an operational signal, not as an audit log.
Visitor activity
Section titled “Visitor activity”Each active visitor may include:
- current or last page URL
- last seen time
- session page view count
- event count
- form submits
- chat events
- conversion activity
- linked contact or account when the visitor has been identified
