Real Estate Listing Management Software
Repzo Listings — Manage property listings with MLS fields, a listing pipeline, buyer and seller associations, and areas stored in both square feet and square metres.
A property outlives any single transaction: it collects offers, showings, and interested buyers over months. Repzo Listings makes the property a first-class record with its own pipeline, its own fields, and its own history — while deals, contacts, and appointments stay linked to it.
Brokerages, developers, and property teams that need the property itself to be a record — not a note attached to a deal.
Every area stored in square feet and square metres at once
Listing pipeline from Coming Soon to Sold, Withdrawn, or Expired
MLS number, parcel number, coordinates, and full RESO-style detail

Capabilities
Core workflows teams can run inside Listings
These pages are anchored in the actual product shape across the frontend routes, backend models, and documented workflows in this workspace.
Teams typically use Listings to:
- Give a US brokerage price-per-sq-ft and a Gulf brokerage price-per-m² from the same records
- Run a rental portfolio alongside a sales portfolio without a second system
- Show a seller every offer, showing, and enquiry their property has produced
Work in imperial or metric without converting anything by hand — filters, sorts, and reports run on both
Track sale and rental inventory in one place with per-month or per-year pricing
Link sellers, buyers, offers, and showings to the property instead of duplicating it per deal
Get alerted when a listing goes stale in its stage instead of noticing at the next pipeline review
Workflow
How teams typically move through Listings
Create the listing with its address, rooms, area, and price — in whichever units you use
Move it through Coming Soon, Active, Under Contract, and Pending as the market responds
Link buyers, offers, and viewings, then close it out as Sold with the full history attached

Questions teams ask before adopting Listings
Do we have to choose between square feet and square metres?
No. You enter the number in whichever unit you use, and Repzo stores the square-foot and square-metre values together. Filters, sorting, Kanban, and reports all work in either system, and your workspace picks which one is shown first.
How is a listing different from a deal?
A listing is the property; a deal is one transaction on it. One property can carry many offers, showings, and interested buyers across its life, so it gets its own record and its own pipeline rather than being flattened into a single deal.
Can we track rentals as well as sales?
Yes. Every listing has a transaction type (for sale, for rent, for lease, or auction) and a price frequency, so a monthly rental and an outright sale live side by side in the same list.
