Accounting Software

Repzo Accounting — Double-entry accounting inside Repzo: invoices, payments, and POS sales post to the ledger automatically, with bills, banking, VAT, and financial reports in the same workspace.

Repzo Accounting adds a full general ledger to the invoices, payments, and point of sale sales your team already records. Each document writes a balanced journal entry when it is posted, and you can keep the rest of the books here too: supplier bills, expenses, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and financial statements.

Businesses that already sell through Repzo and want their books in the same place, without typing invoices and payments into a second system.

What this page is built around

Double-entry accounting inside Repzo: invoices, payments, and POS sales post to the ledger automatically, with bills, banking, VAT, and financial reports in the same workspace.

Capabilities

Core workflows teams can run inside Accounting

These pages are anchored in the actual product shape across the frontend routes, backend models, and documented workflows in this workspace.

Teams typically use Accounting to:

  • Run day-to-day bookkeeping for a trading or service business without a separate accounting package
  • Keep books for several legal entities, then read consolidated reports for the whole group
  • Prepare a Saudi VAT return from the output and input tax that is already in the ledger

Stop re-entering sales in another system: every invoice, payment, credit note, and POS sale writes its own journal entry

See what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers, by age, with credit limits and holds per customer

Reconcile the bank by importing a statement and matching each line to the payment or expense behind it

Close each month with confidence: posted entries are never rewritten, corrections are reversals, and locked periods stay locked

FAQ

Questions teams ask before adopting Accounting

Do we still need separate accounting software?

For day-to-day bookkeeping, no. Repzo Accounting is a full double-entry ledger with sales, purchases, payments, banking, fixed assets, closing, and financial reports. Nothing changes for team members who never open Accounting.

How do CRM and POS sales reach the books?

Opening an invoice posts it, payments recorded on an invoice post as they are saved, and completed point of sale sales and returns post automatically. Each one writes a balanced journal entry that links back to the source document.

Does it handle Saudi VAT?

Yes. Tax on sales posts to Tax Payable and tax on purchases to Input VAT, and the VAT return report shows output tax, input tax, and net VAT payable for any period. Invoices sent through Repzo's ZATCA integration post to the same ledger.

Can we switch from our current system mid-year?

Yes. Choose an accounting start date and use Opening balances to bring in cash, stock, fixed assets, and other balances. Unpaid invoices and bills already in Repzo come in with one click and keep their real due dates, so aging stays correct.

Can we keep books for more than one company?

Yes. Each legal entity has its own books and fiscal years, members can be limited to certain companies, and consolidated trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports combine the group with intercompany eliminations.

How is Accounting priced?

Accounting is an add-on to your Repzo workspace, priced separately from your plan. See the add-on section on this page, or talk to our team about your setup.
