# Usergroup element

Displays a mention of a user group — in Repzo, a department.

## Fields

| `type` | String | The type of object; in this case, `usergroup`. | Required |
| `usergroup_id` | String | The id of the user group to mention. | Required |
| `style` | Object | An object of optional boolean properties that dictate style: `bold`, `italic`, `strike`, `highlight`, `client_highlight`, `underline` and `unlink`. | Optional |

> **How Repzo Chat differs from Slack**
>
> - Slack's user groups are Repzo **departments**: `usergroup_id` is a department id, and the mention shows the department's name. An id that isn't a department in the organisation shows as `@team`.
> - `style` is ignored.
