# Marketplace

> Connect external apps and configure how supported data moves into and out of Workstation.

Marketplace is where you find and install external apps. Once installed, an app appears in **Settings → Integrations & Developers → Connected Apps**, where you manage its sync, mappings, and logs.

Available apps today:

| App | What it does |
|---|---|
| Shopify | Syncs customers, companies, products, abandoned checkouts (as carts), and orders with your store |
| ERPNext | Syncs accounts, contacts, products, price offers, orders, invoices, and payments with ERPNext |
| Repzo SFA | Syncs field-sales clients, contacts, reps, products, orders, invoices, payments, and work orders |
| ZATCA E-Invoicing | Reports and clears invoices with Saudi Arabia's FATOORA platform (see [ZATCA e-invoicing](https://workstation.repzo.com/docs/commerce/invoices#zatca-e-invoicing)) |
| Read.ai | Logs meetings with summaries and follow-up tasks on matching contacts |
| Apollo.io | Enriches contacts and accounts and finds new prospects |

## Find an app

1. Open **Configuration → Marketplace**.
2. Search by app name or filter by category.
3. Open an app to review its requirements, supported objects, and capabilities.
4. Check the requirements before connecting: most apps need an account with the provider (sometimes a specific plan), and admin access in Workstation.

An app marked **Coming Soon** cannot be connected yet.

Ad accounts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) are not in Marketplace. Connect them in **Settings → Integrations & Developers → Ads**; see [Ads](https://workstation.repzo.com/docs/marketing/ads).

## Configure a sync connector

Sync connectors such as Shopify, ERPNext, and Repzo SFA use a three-step setup:

1. **Sync**: turn on object pairs and choose the direction (**Two-way**, **One-way in**, or **One-way out**), record matching, conflict resolution, and create/update behaviour.
2. **Field mapper**: map provider fields to Workstation fields, including custom properties, for each enabled pair.
3. **Review**: check the full setup before saving or authorizing the connection.

Available objects and directions depend on the provider. Apps that are not two-way syncs, such as ZATCA, Read.ai, and Apollo.io, have their own setup and explain it on the app page.

Deleting a record in one system never deletes it in the other.

## Manage a connected app

Open **Settings → Connected Apps** to see every installed app, its status, who installed it, and its last activity. Open an app to use its tabs:

| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Overview | Connection details. Click **Sync now** to run a sync, or **Reconnect** when credentials or permissions change |
| Syncs | Recent sync runs, summaries, and failures |
| Sync logs | Record-level errors and warnings (ZATCA shows invoice submissions here) |
| Field mappings | Change the field mapping after setup |
| Activity log | Connection, sync, and setting changes |
| Settings | Sync controls, and **Uninstall** _app_ |

Not every app has every tab.

When data is missing or wrong, check the last sync error, the enabled object pair, the matching rule, the field mapping, and the provider permissions before editing records by hand.

Uninstalling or reconfiguring an app affects future syncs. Existing records stay in Workstation, so they don't prove a connection is still active.
